Gewurztraminer

Although its name looks german, it’s the city of Tramine in the italian region called Alto Adigio which gives the name to this variety of grapes. Because its very spicy flavour, Gewurz (spice in german) complets the name.

Gewurztraminer 2020

Semi-dry.By smelling the aromas coming up from your glass, you ‘ll known the typical flavours of this golden spicy wine. A little sugar gives a good balance to this wine. Well to be drunk now.

Gewurztraminer 2019

Semi-dry. Similar to the Gewurztraminer 2020 with more alcool and less sugar.

Gewurztraminer Cuvée Céline 2016

Semi-dry. Full bodied, mature with fruit and terroir flavours. The ultimate bottles.

Gewurztraminer Cuvée Katya 2018

Mellow. Full bodied. Although the residual sugars are important  the wine is not heavy because the spicy flavours are important too.

Gewurztraminer Vieilles Vignes 2018

Mellow. This golden wine looks still young, Although the balance and the richness are good, the subtility and the harmony will be better in two or three years. So you can choose : drink now or more mature. Similar to the Cuvée Katya.
