Pinot Noir

This variety is th only one with whitch red wine can be made in Alsace like in Burgundy. The alsacian red wine were famous till the thirty years war (1618-1648) especially in Great Britain with the name Aussey, then the production was close to zero. For the last forty years the production has growed again.

Pinot Noir Rosé 2017

Dry. Deep rosé colour with typical cherries flavour. To be drunk cool with Barbecue for instance.

Pinot Noir Cuvée des Tuileries 2017

Dry. The flavour of this wine is typical of red  fruits especially of cherries ; even its colour is typical red and bright. This wine fits well wit veal lamb or other grilled meat. Should be drunk now at 12°Celsius 52°Fahrenheit.

Pinot Noir Cuvée des Tuileries 2015

Dry.Typical pinot noir from 2015 with a very deep red colour, The flavours remain more black berries than  red berries, Its richness will help to this wine to be more expressive in a few years.

To drink at 15°Celsius or 60 °Fahrenheit it is  better because of the importance of the tannins.
